Shipping & Returns Policies

SHIPPING

Many products sold on UshaDesigns are shipped directly from a manufacturing partner. Shipping times may vary. If expedited shipping is available from the manufacturer, the option will appear at checkout.

UshaDesigns does not control shipping costs or carriers when product(s) are shipped directly from a manufacturing partner.

UshaDesigns does ship certain products directly from their studio. Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days (sometimes sooner). Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.

Orders may contain products shipped from the UshaDesigns studio as well as from a manufacturing partner. In this case, UshaDesigns will make every attempt to communicate clearly that items shipped from the studio may arrive at a different time than from a manufacturing partner.

RETURNS

UshaDesigns will accept returns for exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. Items shipped directly from the UshaDesigns studio in San Jose, California have a 14-day return policy from the date the item was received by the customer. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a pre-authorization for returns IS REQUIRED before a return will be processed. Please email UshaDesigns directly at: hello@ushadesigns.com to request a return authorization. UshaDesigns reserves the right to refuse a return.

For products shipped directly from a manufacturing partner (outside of San Jose, California) please contact UshaDesigns immediately if the product arrived damaged or has a defect. UshaDesigns will work directly with the customer to issue a replacement, which may include the customer reaching out directly to the manufacturing partner. Please contact UshaDesigns directly at: hello@ushadesigns.com if you need a replacement due to damage or defect.
